The facilities at 7 Springs Farm are world class.

The farm is nestled into the beautiful Keswick countryside at the base of the Blue Ridge mountains just 20 minutes outside of Charlottesville, Virginia. Designs from all over the world influenced the barns and layout of the property, with the horse’s health and happiness at forefront of every decision. The barn has 6 spacious 15 x 15 loose boxes with euro mattress stall systems, nelson waters and feeders, and beautiful euro style stall fronts. Beautiful, hand-crafted Dutch doors with screens at the backside of the stalls allow for plentiful ventilation and serve as a major fire safety feature. The spacious grooming bay and wash rack, with built in storage, are right next to the tackroom which makes getting ready a breeze. There is ample light and ventilation throughout the barn to make both horses and riders comfortable in any season. Our tackroom is climate controlled and has everything an avid equestrian could dream of. We have an overhang area behind the grooming bay to keep our support staff of vets and farriers out of the elements while they work on our horses.

With a 225 x 130 Arena built by Wordley Martin, you will have access to world-class footing year-round. Our GGT surface is watered 7 days a week and carefully maintained by Christina daily. We have a full set of competition standard show jumps, a full dressage court, and cavaletti. The farm is 40 acres, with hack paths throughout, and an 8-acre fitness field for galloping that is mowed and maintained Spring, Summer, and Fall. In 2023 we will be adding cross country fences to this field and will continue to develop it over time.
